MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Friday, 20 December, 20132013 has been a huge year, with construction commencing at Googong, our Clubhouse completed, Old Cooma Road by-pass opening this week, the first roads and streetscapes completed, and Beltana Park, the first homes and our display village will open in just a few weeks time.
We are very excited to have sold 450 lots sold to date, which means that there are 1000 people who will soon be calling Googong home!
2014 promises to be even better. We have always believed that proof is in the pudding (yummy Christmas pudding!) and we know you will be suprised and delighted about what Googong has to offer when you can see it first hand.
It is anticipated that the roads in stage one will open in late January, as well as Club Googong and the Display Village. Stay tuned to this page to keep abreast of the latest.
