GOOGONG’S NEW CLUB TAKES FORM

The architecturally-designed $6 million Club Googong is taking form with its enormous steel frame already well on the way to completion.

When finished, Club Googong will include a five lane, 25-metre heated indoor pool, an outdoor splash deck for kids and a small gym. The building will also have a café, general store and the Googong Sales and Information Centre.

"The building overlooks beautiful Beltana Park, with its tennis courts and playgrounds, and will showcase some lovely architectural features,” says Googong Project Director Mark Attiwill."

“The design incorporates natural stone and plenty of glass to take advantage of the region’s views.”

The club is scheduled to open around October this year.
