Design Guidelines

Acacia offers convenient local living. To establish and maintain the quality of this unique community, Building Design Guidelines have been prepared to assist purchasers in designing and building their homes to a high standard, maximising the value of their investment and enhancing the quality of the community as a whole.

Before building, homebuyers are required to submit their house plans to Peet for approval. This can be done at any time after the contract of sale has been signed.

Gardening Resources

The key benefits of growing indigenous plants in your garden;
  • Indigenous plants thrive in the local conditions and require little watering.
  • Indigenous plants have culturally significance to the history and identity of the Botanic Ridge landscape.
