Flagstone connected life

Each home comes with future proofing.

Flagstone is still young, but a has a big future ahead of it. Over the next 30 years, more than 30,000 people are expected to call this place home. That’s why great consideration has been taken to ensure the area has all the things you’d expected from a bustling, cosmopolitan address – transport, education, retail, medical services, and so on.
But besides the obvious infrastructure must-haves, one of the key areas of focus is actively encouraging the community to mix, mingle, and have a good time through get-togethers like movie nights, sporting events, live entertainment, and family fun days. It’s because the truth is, you can’t have a community without unity.

Enjoy the ride.

If you work outside of Flagstone, there are plenty of ways to get around. Translink’s Park ‘n’ Ride facility, where bus route 540 departs, is only 20mins drive. Residents can also catch the same bus to Grand Plaza for city connections or the Gold Coast via Kingston train station which is 35mins away. But if you prefer to drive, Flagstone is under an hour from both Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

Proud to be a Flagstonian

When you love where you live, and other residents do too, community spirit thrives. The product of this are neighbours that care about and look out for each other. We’re proud to say Flagstone is alive and well on that front with an active Community Association, sporting clubs, and community groups.

Address to impress

Flagstone is already on its way to becoming the buzzing urban centre its destined to be. The recent expansion of the local shopping precinct has delivered an IGA supermarket, cafés, restaurants, BWS, and 711 fuel station to help make life here a little more convenient. And with Jimboomba Town Centre’s medical-dental services, fire, ambulance, and police station just down the road, you really do have everything you could ever need right here, right now.

For education, it’s all class.

There are two excellent schools within walking distance: Flagstone State School and state-of-the-art Flagstone State Community College. For pre-schoolers, three kindergartens and early childcare centres are nearby to foster your child’s development. A little further out are more public and private schools, including the prestigious, high-performing Hills College
