Aging Well Within Your Community

We invite people 65+ to participate in a series of conversations to highlight the opportunities and challenges of ageing well at home in your community.
 
Working from your personal experience and understanding of ageing, this eight-session conversations series provides an opportunity to share and learn from others about what it takes to successfully grow older with meaning, purpose and passion!
 
Sessions are FREE and include refreshments.
