The offer

This Prospectus contains details of an offer of 16 million shares in Peet Botanic Village Syndicate Limited at $1.00 per share.

Lodgement of the Prospectus with ASIC

A copy of the Prospectus together with its attached application form has been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This is a replacement Prospectus dated 14 November 2006 and was lodged with ASIC on that date.  It replaces a Prospectus dated 7 November 2006 and lodged with ASIC on that date.

Applications for shares

The offer of shares will be made in, or accompanied by, a paper copy or electronic copy of the Prospectus. Any person wishing to acquire shares will need to:

(a) complete the application form that will be in, or will accompany, a paper copy of the Prospectus; or

(b) complete the application form that will be attached to, or will accompany, the electronic Prospectus.

Applications, completed in accordance with the "Guide to Completing the Application Form" on page 56 of the prospectus, and accompanying cheques should be sent to Peet Botanic Village Syndicate Limited at the postal addresses shown on the application form.

The law prohibits you from passing the application form on to any other person unless it is attached to a copy of the Prospectus.

The offer is expected to close 30 June 2007 or as varied by the Directors and Underwriter.
