When new investment opportunities arise, you will be advised and copies of the prospectus will be available for your perusal. Please ensure you read the prospectus carefully, as each Peet Syndicates' prospectus details the offer being presented. The prospectus will include benefits and risks associated with the underlying development and may also contain independent expert reports from lawyers, economists, accountants, planners and valuers commissioned as part of the rigorous due diligence. If you wish to invest, complete the application form attached to the syndicate prospectus. We encourage investors to submit their applications early as previous Peet Syndicates have filled quickly. Please be aware that we often receive applications for more shares than are available and therefore investors may not receive any or all of the shares requested.
