Peet Limited is an ASX listed, diversified property group that specialises in land syndication and fund and asset management. The Company has been developing land and property to enrich the lives of Australians since 1895.

In that time, Peet has developed over 100 land estates in Western Australia, Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. Today, Peet has a market capitalisation of more than $800 million and it has the third largest land bank of any ASX listed property company. Last financial year Peet grew its land bank by 22.5% to almost 34,000 lots with an estimated end value of $6.13 billion.

Peet currently acts as manager and marketing agent for 23 land syndicates and each syndicate company is managed by Peet Limited and benefits from Peet experience in the management and marketing of land developments that spans more than 100 years.
