Tony Lennon Chairman Tony Lennon is Chairman of Peet Limited. He has been a Director of the Company for over 20 years and was formerly Executive Chairman. He has more than 40 years' broad experience in the property industry. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. He has held the positions of President of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia, Senior Arbitrator (Ethics and Practice) of that body and Councillor of the national body, the Real Estate Institute of Australia. He was Chairman of Perth Inner City Living Task Force and Chairman of the Residential Densities Review Taskforce, both appointments by the Government of Western Australia. He was President of the Shire of Peppermint Grove, Western Australia. He served as Deputy Chairman of the National Board of the Australia Day Council and Chairman of the Australia Day Council of Western Australia. He was Chairman of the Curtin Aged Persons Foundation and a founding Director of the Wearne and the Riversea Hostels for the Aged both being locally initiated and managed Community facilities. |

Brendan Gore BComm, FCPA, FCIS, MAICD Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer Brendan Gore was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Peet Limited in May 2007, effective from August 2007. Mr Gore joined the Company in May 2005 as Chief Financial Officer after a very successful career in the resources sector. A qualified accountant, he has accumulated 15 years of experience in senior corporate, commercial and operational roles. Prior to joining Peet, Mr Gore held the dual role of chief financial officer and company secretary with Mermaid Marine Australia Limited –now Australia's largest marine based services provider to the offshore oil and gas industry. As Chief Financial Officer, he played a key role in expanding Peet's scope of activities well beyond residential development and land syndication. Appointed inaugural Chief Operating Officer in January 2007, Mr Gore assumed responsibilities including developing Peet's integrated As Managing Director, he maintains Peet's commitment to a long-term, strategic and disciplined approach to growth and expansion. |

Warwick Hemsley BComm, AssocDipVal, CPA, FAPI Non-Executive Director Warwick Hemsley served as Managing Director of Peet Limited for 17 years and has been a Director of the company since 1985. After graduating from the University of Western Australia, he commenced his professional career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) and subsequently moved into the property development industry and gained his formal property qualifications. He has a total of 30 years experience in property development. Warwick is president of the Urban Development Institute of Australia (WA Division) and a member of the General Council of the Western Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry and former Chairman of its Capital City Committee. He is currently Chairman of the Housing Industry Forecasting Group, a joint government and industry body which monitors and forecasts housing demand. He has been actively involved in policy development related to residential development. Warwick is Deputy Chairman of the West Australian Opera Company and Council Member of National Gallery of Australia, Canberra. He has appeared before the Industry Commission in respect of its formal inquiry into the "Taxation and Financial Policy Impacts of Urban Settlement". He also delivered a paper to the National Competition Policy Conference on the subject of "Building Regulation Planning and Development". He has served a number of community roles. Warwick was formerly Chairman of the Australia Day Council of Western Australia, a member of the School Council of St Hilda's Anglican School for Girls, a national Board Member of Kids Helpline Australia, and treasurer of St George's Charitable Trust. He has been an active Rotarian for 15 years. |

Stephen Higgs BEc (Syd) Non-Executive Director Stephen Higgs joined the board of Peet Limited as a Director in June 2004, bringing to the role more than 30 years experience in corporate fi nance including 20 years with UBS Investment Bank and its predecessors. A series of board roles with high profile Australian companies during his time with UBS Investment Bank also saw him build a leadership position in the private equity market. In addition to his role on the Peet board, Mr Higgs is currently a Non-Executive Director of Primary Healthcare Limited (since 1999), and Freedom Nutritional Products Limited (formerly know as So Natural Foods Limited (since 2003)). Graeme Sinclair BComm, CA, ACIS, FAICD Non-Executive Director Graeme Sinclair is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 30 years' experience in investment and wealth management services including property investment. He has been a director of Peet since June 2004. After completing his qualification with Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co (now KPMG) in 1971, he transferred to the firm's London office. He joined the Myer family group in 1973 and is currently Managing Director of The Myer Family Company Pty Ltd and group Chief Executive Officer. The group comprises investment companies and provides ASIC-licensed financial services through The Myer Family Office Ltd and its subsidiaries. In addition, he has been involved in philanthropic activities including positions as Secretary of The Myer Foundation and the Sidney Myer Fund. Mr Sinclair is a director of several private companies. |

Anthony Lennon BA, GradDip Bus Admin Executive Director / National BDM Anthony Lennon joined Peet Limited in 1991 and became a director in 1996. Prior to that he worked in the United Kingdom, where he completed his post-graduate diploma in Business Administration whilst on a Graduate Management Training Scheme with major international construction and development company, John Laing Plc. Whilst working for John Laing Plc, Anthony gained experience in a number of areas including planning, marketing, feasibility studies and project management. Since joining Peet, his responsibilities have included project management, broadacre acquisitions, marketing and financing. He was Chairman of Conveyancing Services for 6 years during which time it became one of Western Australia's largest property conveyancing companies. He has lived in Victoria, for over 8 years and has held the position of Director of Marketing and Director of Eastern States Operations, responsible for Victorian, Queensland and New South Wales projects. |

Dom Scafetta BComm, CA Company Secretary Dom Scafetta is a qualified Chartered Accountant and is Company Secretary of Peet Limited, having joined in June 1998. He is responsible for the corporate, compliance and secretarial responsibilities of Peet Limited and all Peet Limited property syndicates. Prior to his appointment at Peet, he held a senior position with accounting firm Coopers & Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers). More recently, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Peet Limited. He continues to attend and complete ongoing corporate and securities training courses in order to ensure that Peet provides the most comprehensive and effective services in these areas to the many entities in the Group. |
