Peet Funds is designed to complement Peet Limited's established property businesses, which incorporate land syndication & development, residential developments, retirement villages and commercial & retail projects.

Peet Limited is the Responsible Entity for the Funds.

Peet Funds is accountable for approximately $50 million of funds under management. We aim to provide investors with regular quarterly distributions of income, and a share in capital growth.

Our Funds division has rapidly expanded since its inception in May 2005 and now has relationships with more than 800 investors.

Peet Income Property Fund (PIPF)

Owing to the successful completion of the current capital raising no further applications under the PDS dated 17 July 2006 are being accepted. A new PDS reflecting revised pricing may be issued in the 2008 financial year.
