TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The 'Peet Mega Land Sale promotion at Flagstone Rise,
Greenwood Grove, Riverbank, Trinity Waters, The Spring
Mountain and Warner Lakes (Promotion) commences at
9.00 am on Saturday 18th Feb 2012 and concludes at
5.00 pm on Sat 18th March January 2012 (Promotion Period).
The Seller may extend the Promotion at its discretion.
The Promotion applies to selected lots in Flagstone Rise,
Greenwood Grove, Riverbank, Trinity Waters, The Spring
Mountain and Warner Lakes during the Promotion Period
(Eligible Lot). The Eligible Lots do not include completed
homes or lots promoted by the Seller as part of house and
land packages, unless otherwise agreed by the Seller. The
Seller reserves the right to withdraw or add any Eligible
Lot to/from sale at any time during the Promotion Period.
The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other
offer or promotion by the Seller.
The Promotion entitles the Buyer to purchase an Eligible Lot at the advertised discounted price.
To be eligible to purchase an Eligible Lot the Buyer must:
(a) enter into a contract of sale with the Seller to purchase an Eligible Lot during the Promotion Period (Contract)
(b) accept that the discounted amount is not redeemable for cash or any other product or service;
5.1. Subject to the Buyer satisfying the eligibility
criteria referred to in clause 4 above, the Seller's Agent will
authorise the sale at the discounted price.
5.2. The Promotion applies to any Contract entered into during
the Promotion Period for any one (1) of the Eligible Lots.
5.3. The Promotion applies to the Property the subject of the
Contract to which these terms and conditions are annexed.
5.4. The Promotion is subject to any other terms and conditions
set out in the Contract.
5.5. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other
promotion or offer relating to an Eligible Lot, unless otherwise
agreed by the Seller.
5.6. The Promotion may be withdrawn, or these terms and conditions
amended, at any time during the Promotion Period with or without
reference to the Buyer.
5.7. Any monetary values expressed in this Annexure are inclusive of GST.
In these terms and conditions:
Buyer means the person named as 'the Buyer' in the Contract to which these terms and conditions are annexed;
Promotion Period means 9.00 am on Saturday 7 January 2012 to 5.00 pm on Tuesday 31st January 2012;
Property means the property the subject of the Contract for Sale to which these terms and conditions are annexed;
Seller means Peet Limited as trustee for Peet Brigadoon Pty Limited; Greenwood Grove Property Trust;
Peet Mandurah Syndicate Limited; Peet Alkimos Pty Limited; Morven Rural Developments Pty Limited
and Peet Southern JV Pty Limited.
Seller's Agent means Peet Estates (Queensland) Pty Ltd for the metropolitan properties and Albany Property
Brokers for Spring Mountain, McKail
1.
Buyers purchasing a block of land or house and land package in Peet Limited’s Flagstone Estate may be eligible for
the $10,000 Queensland Building Boost Grant. The Queensland Building Boost Grant applies to contracts to purchase
or build a new home (for less than $600,000) entered into on or after 1 August 2011 and on or before 31 January 2012,
and is open to owner occupiers and investors (18+ years of age), corporations and trustees.

The Queensland Building Boost Grant is a Queensland State Government initiative and is not a Peet Limited promotion.

First Home Owners purchasing a block of land or a house and land package in Flagstone Estate may be eligible for the $7,000
First Home Owner Grant and a transfer duty concession.
2.
The First Home Owner Grant and any applicable transfer duty concessions are Government initiatives and are not Peet
Limited promotions.

The actual cost to Peet Flagstone may be more or less than $5000.

This is not an offer capable of acceptance. The Flying Start Package is only available to purchasers who
have contracted directly with Peet Flagstone on terms that grant the Flying Start Package and all conditions
for eligibility have been fulfilled.
