Peet Limited's proposed special-rural project at Brigadoon

Peet Limited proposes to develop a 214 lot special-rural residential project at Lot 1010 and 1022 Campersic Road in Brigadoon. The development site comprises a 861 hectare landholding located approximately 35 kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD, within the City of Swan.

Public comment period

The proposed action has been determined to be a "controlled action" under Section 95A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act 1999 (EPBC Act Ref: 2008/4250).  The controlling provisions under the EPBC Act are:

• Listed threatened species and communities (Sections 18 and 18A).

The Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts has advised that the project will need to be assessed through preliminary documentation.
