Peet Limited's proposed special-rural project at BrigadoonPeet Limited proposes to develop a 214 lot special-rural residential project at Lot 1010 and 1022 Campersic Road in Brigadoon. The development site comprises a 861 hectare landholding located approximately 35 kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD, within the City of Swan. Public comment period The proposed action has been determined to be a "controlled action" under Section 95A of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation (EPBC) Act 1999 (EPBC Act Ref: 2008/4250). The controlling provisions under the EPBC Act are: The Department of Environment, Water, Heritage and the Arts has advised that the project will need to be assessed through preliminary documentation.
