FREE WATER-WISE FRONT LANDSCAPING (VICTORIA)

Peet would like to make sure your new garden remains beautiful, even through Victoria's tight water restrictions. That's why we've created three landscaping choices that will give you a stunning garden that's drought-proof and long-lasting.

You can enjoy a garden that requires little watering, saving you time and money on your water bills. Plus, you'll enjoy a truly lovely garden that will stand the test of time.
 
Peet's water-wise landscaping choices are Australian, Cottage and Mediterranean. Each of these options provides the following landscaping components:

  • grading and top-dressing;
  • a manual drip irrigation system;
  • timber edging to garden beds;
  • plants to garden beds;
  • organic mulch to garden beds;
  • a lawn alternative of either Thyme or Myoporum;
  • weed matting beneath lawn alternative;
  • an inorganic mulch of either Scoria, River Pebbles or Lilydale Toppings.

In order to receive the Free Front Landscaping, conditions do apply.  These include:

  • Construction of your dwelling must be completed within 12 months of the Settlement Date.
  • Your preferred landscape style should be advised within one month of occupation of your new home.
  • Peet will appoint the relevant contractors and will provide the relevant materials for your landscaping.
  • All rubbish, rubble and vegetation must be removed and the ground leveled prior to Peet starting your landscaping. 
  • A 90 millimetre PVC stormwater pipe needs to be installed underneath the driveway (at the homeowner's expense) prior to work commencing.
  • Obligations under Special Condition 20 in your Contract of Sale need to be read and adhered to.
  • This offer is for front landscaping only and does have a square-metre size restriction.
  • A drip irrigation system will be installed to irrigate the front landscape area.
  • Peet will connect a sprinkler system to an accessible garden tap.
  • Peet reserves the right to vary the Landscaping terms and conditions without consultation.
  • The vendor agrees to the terms and conditions and agrees that should any of these terms and conditions not be met, the landscaping agreement is null and void.
  • No compensation or other claim for reimbursement is valid in respect of the Landscaping Works offer.

FREE COLORBOND FENCING (VICTORIA)

Purchasers will receive free Colorbond Fencing for the side and rear boundaries of their block on completion of their home.  Please read the Contract Of Sale for more information regarding the free fencing offer.

 

$5000 EARLY SETTLEMENT CASH REBATE (VICTORIA)

As a reward for early settlement, Peet offers a cash rebate of $5000 to their new homeowners (which is deducted from the balance owing) for settlements that occur on or before the stated date of your Contract of Sale.  For full terms and conditions, please refer to your Contract Of Sale document.
