Peet streamlines house and land search

Homebuyers in Western Australia can save days, hours and even weeks searching for their new home thanks to Peet’s new website – www.peethouseandland.com.au – which was launched today.

Peet teamed up with more than 30 builders to create the website, featuring Western Australia’s largest range of house and land packages.

Homebuyers can literally sort through hundreds of homesites and home designs in minutes – wherever and whenever they like.

After setting a budget, preferred home features and selecting a Peet community, tailor-made packages are delivered to the customer online.

Homebuyers can then compare options, adjust their preferences using a sliding scale and view detailed plans to find a dream home that suits their lifestyle.

Peet Limited Managing Director and CEO Brendan Gore said the website would save time, streamline the home selection process and make it easier for homebuyers to find the option that specifically suited them.

“Peet House and Land uses dynamic search technology to create packages customised to meet preferences set by homebuyers,” Mr Gore said.

Mr Gore said Peet had worked with more than 30 of WA’s home builders to produce the website.

He said new packages would be added each week to the Peet House and Land website to ensure homebuyers had access to the latest land and home designs released.

The website also features a raft of information about selecting a homesite and building a new home – from budgeting to land settlement and home construction – which will also be updated regularly.
