Peet Limited is committed to environmental excellence and sustainability in all our projects.

We are an accredited GreenSmart Regional Partner in Western Australia.

Peet was the first company in Victoria to construct a GreenSmart display village at Innisfail Estate and  opened Western Australia’s only GreenSmart accredited display village at Quattro: The New Queens Park in 2008.

Some of the environmental initiatives undertaken include:

• Implementing water-wise initiatives
• Recycling and re-using of construction by-products
• Applying environmentally sensitive landscaping and design
• Implementing flora and fauna management plans 
• Incorporating existing natural features such as lakes, wetlands and bushland
• Establishing links with the local community to engage them in environmental programs
